Following the official certification issued by voestalpine BÖHLER Edelstahl, the steel marking on the knives is now indicated as BM390MC (or B-M390-MC). It is important to note that the steel remains the same Böhler M390 Microclean that has always been used in FOX production. The change concerns only the update of the official certified marking.
